Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Welcome to the University’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Resource Page. Here, departments can access non-binding MOU templates to facilitate partnerships and collaborations. These templates serve as a starting point and should be customized to fit specific needs.
A non-binding international MOU is a general statement of mutual interest to explore opportunities for collaboration, and does not include commitment of university funds, staff, space, facilities, or other university resources, nor promises of expected deliverables. These MOUs can be considered "hand-shake" diplomatic agreements that often lay the foundation for future partnership, and are not legally binding agreements of the University. nonbinding and for general use
Additionally, this page will allow departments to submit final drafts for review. This page will allow a streamlined process to create, review, and execute MOU agreements for our faculty. Thus, creating an environment of efficiency for departments and faculty to enter into agreements to further their mission.
Important: All MOUs must be submitted for review and approval (including required signature) before finalization. Please follow the steps below to access templates and submit your draft for approval.
