Administrative Director
Jennifer Bailey is the Administrative Director in the Office of the Provost, where she coordinates the operations of the office and provides strategic support to the Chief of Staff. In this role, she manages key initiatives, streamlines processes, develops and implements procedures, and ensures that the Provost’s office has the data, tools, and systems needed to advance institutional priorities. She brings more than a decade of experience at Duke, most recently serving as Director of Enrollment Services for Duke Kunshan University, where she built and led international admissions, operations, and marketing functions.
Prior to her work at Duke, Jennifer held leadership roles at Nike and in healthcare systems consulting, honing her expertise in project management, process improvement, and cross-cultural collaboration. She holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Duke University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame. Outside of work, Jennifer is active in her community, enjoys hiking North Carolina’s trails with her dogs, playingtennis, and traveling whenever she can.
