Administrative Operational Manager

Tracy McNeil is the administrative operational manager for the Office of the Provost in the Finance and Administration Group. He manages general and special office activities and supports financial operations related to preparing, analyzing, maintaining and reviewing various financial statements, records and reports. Since coming to Duke in April of 1993, Tracy has worked in the Office of Accounting Services, the Talent Identification Program, the Office of Student Activities and Facilities and the Office of Resource Administration. He is a Certified Financial Systems Specialist and Procure To Pay Specialist. Tracy has an associate degree in Business Administration from Durham Technical Community College and a Bachelors of Applied Science with a concentration in Business Management from Campbell University.
