Open to students, faculty, and staff—as well as members of the broader Durham and North Carolina communities.

The Forum is organized by a university-wide steering committee composed of staff, faculty, and students, and sponsored by the Office of the Provost. The committee is co-chaired by Professor of Law Joseph Blocher and Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement Abbas Benmamoun, with additional members: Edward Balleisen, Luke Bretherton, Peter Feaver, Thavolia Glymph, Ranjana Khanna, Hallie Knuffman, Judith Kelley, Stephanie Lowd, Larry Moneta, Steve Nowicki, Thomas Pfau, Benjamin Reese, Charmaine Royal, David Schanzer.
