The following list has been compiled by Duke University in accordance with federal law to provide distance education students with the contact information for the state agency in which the distance education student is residing and receiving instruction.  While distance education students are required to be informed of the following information, such students are strongly encouraged to utilize the internal complaint resolution process set forth by Duke.   In addition, this list should not be construed as an acknowledgment that Duke is regulated by or is otherwise subject to the authorization or licensure requirements of the state agencies contained herein.
