Through the RiDE initiative, Duke has introduced new policies and programs to sustain disciplinary excellence in Ph.D. training while equipping doctoral students to make a difference in a wide array of professional contexts.
SOLD: The Science of Learning at Duke (EDUC 150) is a 0.5 credit course that presents well-researched strategies and learning techniques that allow students to develop a rich understanding of best practices, explore their unique approach to learning, and apply research-based strategies to create new pathways for their own growth.
